Rainy Daze
There’s something about rainy days that make me want to rally against the malaise of being trapped inside, to fight against the sanctioned homedwelling laziness. As much as that may be to do with the realization that my forefathers didn’t really have the luxury of browsing forums or hanging out watching Netflix while the heavens opened up outside, I feel it stems deeper than that....

Look, Helpguide.org, if you want me to quit smoking, can you use some less unappealing verbage?
Additional tips to deal with cravings and withdrawal symptoms
Keep your hands/fingers busy: Squeeze balls, pencils are good alternatives to substitute that need for tactile stimulation.
Find an oral substitute: Keep other things around to pop in your mouth when you’re craving a cigarette.
